One month at the academy done and dusted! And how much fun it has been!
I have had lots of great lessons with Jane, who is our coach and overall academy "over-looker". In our first couple of lessons we have mainly been focusing on Jane's Indy method which has been really useful in helping Echo starting to use her body correctly.
This is important as we want the foundation of her training to be solid to make her life easier when it comes to bringing on harder work.
As she is still quite young, she likes to hang on you quite a bit so we have been working on getting her to use her core and engage her hindend so that she uses herself more. In just one month we have made quite the difference!

Here we are in our first lesson with Jane, you can see Echo has a long and low frame, which none of us are offended with, however, we do want her to lift.
But with just one month of working of Jane's Indy method and lots of transition work, she is slowly starting to hold herself more!

What a difference! And in just one month too! Imagine how massive the difference will be by the end of the year! But for now we will continue to work on the basics and just getting to know eachother and which buttons to press.
Also you will have to excuse the bad quality photos as they were taken off a video.
Next up: Echo's first solo hack
